After 20+ years in Arizona real estate, I've learned one thing: the agents who grow fastest aren't the ones with the best scripts or the biggest ad budgets. They're the ones who surround themselves with other growth-minded agents and hold each other accountable.
That's why we started the Arizona Agent Mastermind.
What Is It?
Every 3rd Tuesday, we get together in Tempe for 2.5 hours of real conversation, real problem-solving, and real accountability. No pitches. No cost. Just agents helping agents.
Here's what a typical meeting looks like:
- 12:30-12:45: Working lunch (sponsored by partners who support our community)
- 12:45-1:30: MLS market data review — what's actually happening in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, and surrounding markets
- 1:30-2:30: Open whiteboard session — bring your real challenges, we solve them together
- 2:30-3:00: Networking and conversation
Who Should Join?
This mastermind is for Arizona real estate agents who:
- Are actively working their business (not "thinking about getting into real estate")
- Want accountability, not theory
- Value systems and strategy over scripts and hacks
- Are willing to share openly — both wins and failures
- Are building for the long term, not just the next deal
It's not for part-time agents, people looking for free leads, or anyone who isn't willing to be vulnerable about their business.
Where and When?
Location: 7890 S Hardy Dr #106, Tempe, AZ 85284
Time: Every 3rd Tuesday, 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM MST
Lunch is always provided (courtesy of our partners), so you can eat while we work.
Is It Really Free?
Yes. Forever. We're building a community first. Our partners (lenders, title companies, CRMs, etc.) cover the costs because they see value in supporting Arizona's top agents.
Speaking of partners — if you're a vendor who serves real estate agents, check out our partnership opportunities.
